I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the friendly staff to the convenient location. The hotel is right on the tram line, making transportation easy. It is also near a beautiful park, perfect for morning walks or runs. the hotel is close to the center of this city, nice for easy access to all the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were great. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast options offered, with both continental and hot breakfast choices available. The staff were always helpful and accommodating, setting up our room early and providing extra beds at no extra cost. The overall experience was really good.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. It was very close to a tram into the city, making it easy to explore. it was close to Lygon Street eateries, which offered a variety of dining options. The hotel was also close enough to everything we wanted to see, allowing us to walk to our destinations.

Convenient location, friendly staff. No pretension, embraces quality and affordability. Free parking and air-conditioning. Hard mattress, but staff made effort. Great location, friendly cleaning staff, helpful check-out.
